Shipping Policy

Equmn generally ships items within 24 hours of the payment being processed. Occasionally, circumstances may arise that will delay shipping past 24 hours. Equmn continually strives to get items shipped as timely as possible.
Back-ordered items
If you place an online order that is back-ordered, you will be notified when it is ready to ship.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged or disfigured?
We make every effort to package your order so that it arrives in good condition. We will replace a damaged bag of Equmn bags that have been punctured during shipping.

The following conditions must be met:​

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Provide one picture of the damaged shipping container (box, envelope, etc.)

Provide another picture of the damaged Equmn bag

Email the details and the two pictures to equmn.com@gmail.com
Return Policy
There are no product returns for a refund. Once orders are shipped, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Cancellation Policy
Once orders are shipped, they cannot be changed or cancelled. It is extremely important to verify that all item(s) and quantities are correct prior to placing the order. Cancellation is only possible if we are notified before the shipping process has begun. Please contact us ASAP at equmn.com@gmail.com
